I guess I need to stop my practice of procrastination and take time to do sessions throughout the week again. A bonus this week was spending time with my son starting the day heading to the Tacoma, WA area to meet up with an old friend of mine who writes comic books. I took my collection of what he has written and had him sign them all. Hoping someday he makes it big so they have more than just sentimental value….although, that would be plenty. I’m just happy for him that he has been able to pursue a dream and find some success. Here’s to wishing him luck in his continued adventures.
After this little trip, Devin and I went to the Tacoma city center and old town Tacoma for a little lunch, some shooting of local city scenes…along with some mental scoping and planning for a future trip.

We finished with a visit to the Lemay America’s Car Museum. Check out their site for more information: Lemay America’s Car Museum

Their main exhibit currently is the “Vee Dub: Bohemian Beauties Exhibit” and is a must see for the classic VW fan.

Herbie is a reproduction, but is wonderfully done.

Plan to spend some time in the museum. This place is huge and there is a lot to read, view, and experience.

Great job. I liked the clock tower.
Ocho and my Scout. Aahh.
